Court-Mandated Raises Issue Headed To Indiana SUPCO

A dispute between a Howard County judge and the Howard County Council over employee raises is headed to the Indiana Supreme Court.

Superior Court Judge William Menges issued an order mandating pay raises for four of his employees.  The County Council has refused, so the issue is headed to the State Supreme Court for resolution.

A hearing is tentatively scheduled for March 29th on the matter.
