If you’re traveling the highways for Thanksgiving, you should be ready to see a lot more motorists on the road than usual. In fact, according to the Triple-A Motor Club, you’ll see a record number.
Triple-A says nearly 51-million Americans are planning to travel 50 miles or more from home for the holiday. That’s the highest travel volume since 2005.
And Triple-A says 89-percent of Thanksgiving travelers will do it in automobiles.
