Although the Salvation Army of Grant County failed to reach its’ fundraising goal for the Red Kettle Campaign this year, officials say there’s still time to help out by contributing.
Salvation Army head Lieutenant Blake Fewell says they fell about 20-thousand dollars short in their efforts, but he says you can still make a tax-deductible contribution for this year.
Lieutenant Fewell also says donations of non-perishable food items are still needed for the local Ben Meadows Food Pantry at the Salvation Army. He says those items are needed year-round.
