Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana will hand out free food to needy families in Delaware County Thursday when they hold a tailgate food distribution in the parking lot of the old Borg-Warner Plant in Muncie.
Free food will be handed to needy families from Delaware County Thursday from 9 until 11 or until the food is all gone. Gates will open at 6 a-m. There will be a limit of three families per vehicle during the food giveaway.
