A nurse at I-U Health-Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a patient.
Muncie Police say 28-year old Nathaniel Mosco of Hartford City is charged with Rape and Sexual Battery after a patient told police he had fondled her three times while she was in her hospital bed…twice, after giving her pain medication she didn’t ask for.
Mosco was arrested late last week and was released from the Delaware County Jail after posting bail.
A hospital spokesman said they are aware of the charges against Mosco and are cooperating with the investigation.
