A once-touted downtown Kokomo building project is now up for sale and its one remaining tenant is moving out.
The 30-thousand square-foot commercial Firestone Plaza building on Union Street in Kokomo is listed on the market for just under 960-thousand dollars.
In 2014, then-Governor Mike Pence and Kokomo officials touted the Firestone Plaza as a haven for high-tech companies. But the project never fully came to fruition.
