A Muncie used car dealer faces civil penalties after being accused of selling worthless warranties on used cars to at least 185 customers.
Naim Mamoud of Capitol Motors faces more than 180-thousand dollars in penalties from the Indiana Attorney General’s office after admitting the extended warranties he sold to customers on used cars were worthless.
Mamoud has also forfeited his dealers’ license.
