More than a thousand dogs and cats from shelters and rescue centers all over central Indiana will be available for adoption at the Indiana State Fairgrounds this weekend during the Indy Mega-Adoption event.
The huge adoption event will be held both Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6 p-m at the State Fairgrounds. The cost is 30-dollars per pet.
Since 2014, nearly seven-thousand dogs and cats have found new homes because of the Indy Mega-Adoption Event.
