Indiana apparently loves its’ minor league baseball teams, and spends the money to show it.
Indiana has three minor league baseball teams among the top 25 in selling licensed merchandise. The Indianapolis Indians, the Fort Wayne Tincaps and the South Bend Cubs are among the top teams in the country according to a list released by Minor League Baseball.
Minor League Baseball set a record with nearly 71-million dollars in retail sales from the 160 teams in 2017. The previous record was set in 2016 with over 68-million in sales.
