Kokomo officials want to make some changes to the Industrial Heritage Trail in an effort to connect the trail system that runs from Kokomo to Fulton County.
The work will improve multiple sections of the trail, easing the navigation required by bicyclists and walkers and ensuring a simpler trip for those who travel the 40 miles of trails.
The project includes a short extension of the Industrial Heritage Trail from Morgan Street to Northside Park.
