This is the day to adopt a pet from the Muncie Animal Shelter.
The Muncie Shelter is currently full and overflowing with animals, so today the shelter plans to offer adoptions of dogs and cats for just five-dollars each.
All animals will be spayed or neutered and all will have their shots up to date.
