The Kokomo City Council has approved 300-thousand dollars to help make room for the planned downtown hotel and conference center.
The funding will help to relocate the downtown CityLine Trolley stop from near Main and Union streets to a location next to City Hall.
Also, the offices of the Kokomo-Howard County Governmental Coordinating Council will be re-located as well.
