Ball State University has settled a lawsuit with a student pro-life group.
Ball State officials agreed to pay Students For Life 300-dollars plus attorney fees, and to revise student activity fee guidelines.
The student group sued the university in June after they were denied money from student activity fees to cover the costs of materials to assist pregnant students.
