An arrest warrant has been issued for a Marion woman who is a suspect in a local triple-homicide case after she skipped a court hearing Monday.
Police are now searching for Brittany Drake, who missed her scheduled court hearing Monday on charges of Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery. She had been free on bond since shortly after her arrest. Drake was arrested along with two South Bend men in connection with the murder of Javon Blackwell and his two young sons at Blackwell’s home in Marion in late December during an apparent robbery.
It’s likely that Drake’s bond will be revoked once she is re-arrested.
