Vigo County leaders aren’t sure if they are the victim of a malware attack or a ransomware attack.
Either way, the county is trying to muddle through as it deals with some missing and off-limits computer files.
Vigo County Commissioner Judith Anderson said the county realized it doesn’t have access to all of its information.
The county government is still open, but no one is saying how long the information may be kept off-limits.
