A 30-year-old Marion man is facing five level four charges of sexual misconduct with a minor.
According to the Chronicle-Tribune, the victim’s brother, 12, told sheriff’s deputies that Vaughn Lawrence Edwards slept in his 14-year-old sister’s bed.
The Tribune reports that Edwards allegedly engaged in sexual activities with the victim around 12 times over a two-week period.
His bond is set at $20,005.
