The State Department of Health has reported the first vape-related death in Indiana. The death was confirmed Thursday.
According to health officials, the person died due to a severe lung injury linked to a history of vaping.
According to the ISDH, the state is investigating 30 total cases of severe lung injury due to e-cigarettes or vaping.
