Nearly 20,000 runners will take over the streets near Butler University and Broad Ripple this weekend for the 12th running of the CNO Financial Monumental Marathon.
Out of all those people, one might stand out. Thomas Jeschke will be running all 26.2 miles in his pajamas. He’s trying to set the world record for the fastest marathon run in PJs.
The record is 3 hours, 7 minutes.
He told WISH-TV that he needs people to take photos of him and post it to social media for proof that he ran the entire race in pajamas to officially break the record.
