The Gilead House has been told they must come up with $130,000 for a new sprinkler system in the building to continue safely housing women.
The home provides a safe place for young women battling addiction as an alternative to jail.
The non-profit has started a GoFundMe and is seeking the community’s help in raising the money so they can continue helping women in the community.
