The Indiana State Museum is bringing an important issue into the limelight with a new 7,000 square foot exhibit on the Hoosier opioid epidemic.
State data reveals that Indiana saw over 1,800 drug overdose deaths in 2017.
At the exhibit, visitors can step inside a giant brain to learn hands-on the science behind addiction.
The exhibit opened for the first time on Saturday.
