The Marion General Hospital Auxiliary has announced its donation of a new ambulance.
The Auxiliary and volunteers have worked tirelessly for the past several months to raise the money for this critical piece of equipment, donating profits from the MGH Gift Shop along with profits from the sale of uniforms, candy, bakery goods, books and mums, according to an MGH press release.
Food trucks during the summer and a soup tasting event in the fall were popular new additions to their fundraising efforts this past year.
