Family Service Society, Inc. recently elected new officers and added three new members to its board of directors, as board members Dianne Smith and Jason McVicker completed their board terms.
New officers for the board include Cindy Fortney, chairperson; Darren Reese, vice chairperson; Scot Miller, treasurer; Dr. Stacy Hammons, secretary, and Michelle Bunker, serving as past chairperson.

Keenan Davis
Owner/Agent

Keenan Davis is a native of Marion, IN. He left in 1992 and resided in Muncie, IN for 22 years where he met his wife of 10 years, Tashema, at Ball State University.
Keenan is the owner of Keenan Davis State Farm and, through his business, works to connect individuals with appropriate insurance products to meet their changing needs over time.
Keenan holds degrees in Business Management, Religious Studies and Sports Nutrition. He also sits on boards for The Grant County Rescue Mission, Visitors and Convention Bureau for Grant County and The Training Center after school program. His heart’s desire is for the prosperity and growth of Grant County.
Tammy Pearson
Director
Project Leadership
Tammy Pearson serves as the director of Project Leadership, a non-profit organization serving East Central Indiana students and school systems in Grant and Delaware counties, providing college and career services recognized at the local and state level. Under Pearson’s leadership, Project Leadership has become increasingly focused on bridging the educational gap between affluent and low-income youths and on providing youths with needed tools to complete post-secondary degrees and credentials. Pearson leads Project Leadership through a desire to design and implement strong community programming that makes a measurable difference and creates a positive change for families in our communities.
Pearson joined Project Leadership in 2007 after working for several years as a journalist at community newspapers in Indiana. Pearson’s love of stories has translated into her current role through the privilege of walking alongside students as their stories are created. Pearson has earned the Child and Youth Care Certification, the most rigorous demonstration of competence in the field, and was a finalist for the Indiana Youth Institute’s Youth Worker of the Year in 2018.
Torri Williams

Torri Williams was born and raised in Marion, Indiana. After graduating from Marion High School with Honors and her one-year-old daughter on her hip, Torri attended Bowling Green State University.
Upon completing her Bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies with a concentration in Race, Gender and Ethnicities, Torri began her career in social and community service providing direct client services with a special focus on women and youth.
Throughout her career, Torri has served victims/survivors of intimate partner violence/ sexual assault, CHINS and families in the margins in rural and urban environments. In addition to working directly with individuals and families, Torri has worked to provide education, coaching and technical assistance to individuals and organizations on developing healthy relationships and workplace culture.
Torri currently serves as the Intersectional Engagement Director for Lark’s Song, providing intersectional anti-racism programming for the community. Torri serves as the Co-Founder of Moving Marion Forward, a grassroots movement for social change, Coalition Lead for the Marion Community Remembrance Project, as well as a member of several boards and committees serving Grant County.
