Indiana’s attorney general is among a handful of other state attorneys general that plan to challenge President Biden’s executive orders in court. Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita, along with five other attorneys general, penned a letter to President Biden that says some of his recent orders are unconstitutional. The A-Gs are offering to help edit the president’s orders, but if the president passes on the idea, they’ll head to court. The other Attorneys General included in the letter are from West Virginia, Arkansas, Mississippi, Montana, and Texas.
