Five school systems receive matching grants to address bullying and abuse

The Indiana Criminal Justice Institute awarded more than $150,000 in matching grants to five public schools to address bullying and substance use during the 2021-22 school year. The schools that got the money are the South Gibson School Corporation, Options Charter School in Carmel, Seymour Community Schools, MSD of Boone Township, and MSD of Posey County. The funding is part of the School Safe Haven program.
