Last month, an Ohio woman died after riding the Voyage roller coaster at Holiday World. Dawn Jankovic’s death has now been ruled accidental. The Dubois County coroner says the 47-year-old died because of internal bleeding caused by an artery tear. The force of the wooden roller coaster played a factor in Jankovic’s death but was not the main cause. Coroner Katie Schuck also said there was no malfunction on the roller coaster.
