A federal judge has refused to block Indiana University’s coronavirus vaccination policy. The judge said Monday that the school can pursue a “reasonable and due process of vaccination in the legitimate interest of public health for its students, faculty, and staff.” The judge ruled against eight students trying to stop the mandate. As it stands, all students (with some exceptions) must be fully vaccinated against the virus before returning to campus for the fall semester.
