A Marion man has been arrested after being accused of child molesting.
According to Marion Police Department Deputy Chief Stephen Dorsey, on Oct. 29, police received a report from a 13-year-old child alleging their uncle had touched them inappropriately and supplied them with alcohol in July.
Police have since arrested 40-year-old Michael E. Russ. Court records indicate he’s facing charges of child molest and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. According to Dorsey, Russ was taken to the Grant County Jail on a $40,000 bond.
