All of Indiana’s Republicans in Congress voted against the trillion-dollar infrastructure bill. But the Indiana Chamber is applauding the bill as overdue. The Chamber opposes the larger, still-unvoted-on social spending bill. But president Kevin Brinegar says the infrastructure bill puts money into critical needs that have gone unaddressed for more than a decade — not only roads and bridges, but ports, airports, broadband, and water and sewer lines.
