The Indiana Gaming Commission last week said sports books in the state can accept bets on some winter Olympic events. They include alpine skiing, bobsled, cross-country skiing, curling, ice hockey, short-track speed skating, and speed skating. Figure skating will not be among the sports you can bet on. Sports books are not required to accept bets on the Olympics, but can if they would like. The Olympics begin next Friday.
