A community awareness event where two recovering addicts – Carly Snyder and Jacquelene Schuler – will share their testimony, along with Joel Makin, a therapist at Family Service Society, Inc., who specializes in addictions work to help answer the questions of why and how and what we can do. A representative from Marion General Hospital’s Community Outreach Department will also speak about how the epidemic started. The evening will begin with prayer at 6 p.m. with the speakers beginning at 6:30 p.m..
