The Indiana House unanimously passed an amended version of a bill that would legalize C-B-D oil with low levels of T-H-C. It would legalize C-B-D oil as long as it has a T-H-C level that is .3-percent or lower.
The bill passed the House Tuesday with a 93-0 vote. The House and Senate versions of the bill will now head to a conference committee before they go back before each chamber for final approval.
