The CEO of F.C. Tucker believes 2020 will be a good a year for real estate in Indiana.
Jim Litten told Inside Indiana Business says three things drive the market — interest rates, consumer confidence and unemployment — and they are all favorable in the state.
He says the election could make a difference at the end of the year. “Historically, if the incumbent wins, it’s business as usual,” Litten said.
“But if the other party wins, there’s usually a two or three month period of everyone saying ‘Let’s wait and see what happens.’”
