Indianapolis parents are now scrambling after Indianapolis Public Schools called off its regular school bus routes today due to a high volume of driver’s calling off.
The more than 70 IPS schools in the metro area are open today.
In a tweet, IPS says students who are unable to attend will not be marked absent.
It’s unclear at this time why so many drivers did not come into work this morning.
