An Indianapolis man is being charged with the labor trafficking of kids in Kentucky.
Shawn Floyd, 54, faces up to $45,000 in fines after he brought a dozen children from Indiana to Bowling Green, Kentucky to sell candy for him.
Floyd had the children, as young as 11 years old, stay in one motel room with three adults. He made the children also pay for all meals.
Floyd pleaded not guilty to human-trafficking charges last week.
