The former Delaware County Jail is going to become condos

Work is underway to convert the former Delaware County Jail and courts building into condominiums. The jail and courts operations were moved into the former Wilson Middle School building earlier this year. Developer Dave Jennings told The Star Press that several of the planned 15 condos have already been sold. The condos will range in size from 1,500 to 4,000 square feet, with some units spanning two floors. The project is expected to cost just under $3.5 million.
